STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:
TO DISCOVER NEW REALITIES, NURTURE HOPE, SUPPORT PERSONAL GROWTH, AND BE A CHAMPION FOR LEARNING
BACKGROUND:
I have spent 40+ years in the service industry working with people. These experiences ranged from sales and service to management/ownership responsibilities. Known as a people person, I strive to always reach a trusted “knee to knee” relationship as the basis for further dialogue.
As a founder, officer and director of an organization that grew from a staff of 10 to 120, I have experienced the necessity and complexity of management theory [from the boardroom to internal processes].
In 1990, challenged to develop a culture based identity, I was introduced to the concepts of quality management theory as taught by W. Edwards Deming and many other educators of similar mind. As a result of in-depth study and analysis, a personal transformation has given me a new understanding of the relationship between and the identity of an organization and its people which I like to call “new common sense”.
Professional coaching is the vehicle that connects our present reality to the future we desire.
